Summer Institutes Scholarship Information
John F. Finklea Scholarship
Through the generosity of the John F. Finklea Fellowship from the CDC's National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, two students will receive scholarship money that can be applied to tuition, room and board, and travel expenses to the 2017 Summer Institute: Principles and Practice of Injury Prevention (not to exceed $1,750 per student). The Finklea Scholarship is open to all attendees. Scholarship recipients are expected to attend and participate in the entire Summer Institute.
In addition to the John F. Finklea Fellowship, four scholarships are available for the 2017 Summer Institute: Principles and Practice of Injury Prevention. Two are for full non-credit tuition and two are for half of for-credit tuition. Application procedures for these additional scholarships are identical to those of the John F. Finklea Fellowship.
