Community Partnerships for Child Safety

This community based participatory research project measured the impact of neighborhood sweeps, as enhanced with community health worker promotion, and the CARES mobile safety center, on home safety behaviors and neighborhood injury rate. We also documented and assessed the roles and impacts of the partners on the development of the study, implementation of the proposed interventions, and dissemination of the results.
