Motor Vehicles

Law can be used in a variety of ways to prevent motor vehicle-related injuries. For example, laws and regulations set speed limits, requirements for airbags, and standards for the use of child safety restraints. The Center researches and analyzes these and other aspects of legal issues related to motor vehicles, such as the use of litigation to redress motor vehicle-related injuries and deaths.
