Dr. Li's research interests comprise of the methodology and reporting of systematic reviews, meta-analysis, network meta-analysis, and randomized controlled trials, as well as reporting biases, and missing data in epidemiologic studies. She has published on the effectiveness of interventions for eye diseases, methodology for setting priorities for comparative effectiveness research, and on using network meta-analysis methods for comparing the effectiveness and safety of multiple interventions for the same condition. Dr. Li co-convenes the Cochrane Comparing Multiple Interventions Methods Group (http://cmimg.cochrane.org/) and leads the work on recommending minimal standards for the prevention and treatment of missing data for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (http://www.pcori.org/2012/boston-board-decisions/). Her expertise will contribute to improving the safe and effective use of medications.
