This certificate program is intended for masters and doctoral degree students at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health who may be responsible for the health of displaced populations in their future careers. Certificate in Health Emergencies in Large Populations (HELP)

The HELP Summer and Winter Institute offered by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is a collaborative program with the International Committee of the Red Cross. The HELP course offers humanitarian workers an intensive course in humanitarian assistance, public health principles and disaster epidemiology.
