Gerard Anderson, PhD, professor of health policy and management at the School of Public Health, was selected as one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare magazine. Dr. Anderson ranked number 29 on the readers' poll and is one of only four academics to make the magazine's list of movers and shakers. Dr. Anderson is director of the School's Center for Hospital Finance and Management and director of the Partnership for Solutions initiative, which is working to improve the care and quality of life for millions of Americans with chronic health conditions.
