The National Academic Centers of Excellence on Youth Violence

In 2005, the Johns Hopkins Center for the Prevention of Youth Violence was one of eight Comprehensive Centers chosen as a National Academic Center of Excellence on Youth Violence by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Currently, the CDC funds ten Academic centers of excellence.
