Executive Committee:
The Center’s scientific management is largely accomplished through the Executive Committee, which meeets monthly. This group collectively makes decisions regarding the Center’s scientific directions and allocation of its resources. With the assistance of the Program Coordinator, the Committee tracks progress on the Center’s research agenda and takes responsibility for assuring that the goals and details of the Quality Management Plan are met. It also plans the Center’s investigator meetings, which represent a key venue for interdisciplinary exchange. Its members, comprising many of the Center’s most experienced researchers, represent the broad set of disciplines that are needed to complete the Center’s research agenda.
