Can I get a paper bill instead of (or in addition to) the e-bill?
All currently enrolled students will be on electronic billing. If you want a paper copy of your bill, you can log on the website to download and print a copy of your bill. Copies of your e-bills will be kept on file for 12 months if you want to view or print them out. Copies of your bill can also be requested from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Student Accounts and Business Services.

How do I log in?
You will login using your JHED login and password at https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf.

How do parents or other authorized payers login?
If a student wants someone to view or pay their bills, the student must first set you up as an authorized payer in the bill presentment system. The student will provide the authorized payer with a login name and password. The authorized payer may then access the JHU system at https://isis.jhu.edu/SSWF/SBS/AuthorizedPayer/default.aspx. After logging into the system, the authorized payer can change their password, setup and store their own profile and account information, review the bill or any past bills, make a payment or view any past payments they have made on the student's behalf, and print a copy of the bill.

How do I set up an authorized payer?
Log in using your JHED login and password at https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf. You will have an option to set up a login ID and password for the authorized user. You must give this information to the authorized user. You may also terminate the authorized user at any time.

Will I be notified when I have a bill online?
An e-mail notification will be sent to your JHSPH account when a new bill is available to view. If you do not receive an e-mail notification, you must still login prior to the payment due date for each term to avoid a late payment fee.  For the complete list of payment due dates, please see Tuition, Fees and Due Dates.

Does the e-mail notification have to be sent to my JHSPH account?
Yes. Your JHSPH email address is the official email address of record.

Who do I contact if I cannot login to view my bill?
Please contact the Student Accounts Office at 410-955-5725 or bursar@jhsph.edu.

If I or my authorized payers do not feel comfortable paying my bill online, how can we pay my bill?
Paying the bill electronically is optional. You can pay your bill by printing a copy of the bill from the web, then send the top portion of the bill with a check made payable to JHU addressed to:

Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
P.O. Box 64680
Baltimore, MD 21264-4680

You can also pay your bill in person at the Bloomberg School of Public Health Student Accounts Office located in Suite W1101 of the Wolfe Street Building. Please note that e-payment is safe and secure and is certified by VeriSign, the nation's largest online payment verification provider. Paying online is much easier and convenient than paying by mail or in person and saves you time and money!
