Function of Organization/Site:
- To provide community health care to the community while decreasing burdens
- To encourage people to participate in their own healthcare
Population that volunteer will be working with:
- Large Hispanic population
- Adult and pediatric walk-in and appointments
- OB/GYN patients
Involvement Opportunities:
- Check vital signs
- Act as medical assistants
- Provide health education to patients
- Volunteer placements are also available at our other sites
