The Poison that Lurks in Juice

Keeve NachmanKeeve Nachman, PhD, directs the Farming for the Future Program at the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future and is an assistant scientist in the departments of Environmental Health Sciences and Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Nachman has worked as a toxicologist and risk assessor for the Environmental Protection Agency and his current research addresses the impact of food production methods on public health and environmental quality.

Michael CrupainMichael Crupain, MD, MPH, is a Bloomberg School alumnus who is completing his final year of the General Preventive Medicine Residency Program at the School. Crupain is interested in a wide range of public health issues, especially those involving food and agriculture. He is the producer and host of The Dairy Show, editor of a food and public health issues blog and is currently developing The Meatless Monday Show with the Bloomberg School’s Center for a Livable Future.
