Environmental Health Defender

Suzanne CondonSuzanne Condon, MS is the associate commissioner and director of the Bureau of Environmental Health at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where she has worked for over 30 years. Condon leads a team of public health professionals, including epidemiologists, toxicologists, environmental health scientists, consultant physicians, indoor air and emergency response specialists, food safety, radiation control, and community sanitation inspectors, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialists, and environmental health educators. She holds a BS from Bridgewater State College, and an MS from Emmanuel College. In 2003, Condon was named a Distinguished Alumna at Bridgewater State College and received the Adrian Rondileu Award. Additionally, Condon was appointed and serves as an adjunct professor at the Harvard School of Public Health, Division of Public Health Practice.
