Purpose: The goal of this program is to provide seed money for preliminary data generation in new research areas directly related to building capacity, competency, and coordination of the public health system to prepare for and respond to mental and behavioral health aspects of emergencies (the core mission and research activities of the PERRC). Eligibility: Projects proposed for any new research areas directly related to the core mission and research activities of the PERRC.
