Purpose: This award has been established by the Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute to recognize and support Baltimore community organizations that are collaborating with Johns Hopkins University to improve the health and well-being of the city of Baltimore. Eligibility: Eligible programs are those that have been sustained for a minimum of 3 years and include: - at least one community organization
- at least one Johns Hopkins faculty member, staf member or group
