Purpose: The Global Health Field Research Award (GHFRA) is a fellowship available to Hopkins students that supports research experience in the U.S. or abroad to address global health issues. The objective is to enhance the recruitment of diverse students into research and practice careers in global health.
Eligibility: All JHU undergraduate and graduate students including (but not limited too) students in Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, and International Studies are eligible to apply. MPH students may not apply but must apply to the MPH Field Exerience Fund. Funding: Students who apply can get awards up to $3,500. Due Date: March 1st, annually. Note: When the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, applications will be due the next workday following the deadline.
