Presenter bio:

Kim Scarborough, (M.B.A.) is a Program Manager on the Human Capital Management (HCM) team in the Strategic Program Division, where she focuses on the Youth Jobs Plus Communities Initiative, Human Capital Planning, the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Mobility Program, Career Counseling and VERA/VSIP. Kim was also part of the USAJOBS.gov 3.0 Interagency Communications team and serves as a primary facilitator and  Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the seminar “Navigating USAJOBS Effectively”, which is taught across the Department as well as externally to citizens who desire to obtain a career in the Federal Government. Kim hails from the corporate/private sector with 15 years of combined experience as a successful cosmetic chemist and an accomplished marketing executive. She received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Morgan State University, and her Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Loyola University. She is thoroughly enjoying her 2nd career with the Federal Government.
