Use a plural verb with the Medical Institutions.

the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education
the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (on first mention); the Bloomberg School on second mention; either the Bloomberg School or the School thereafter. For Johns Hopkins Public Health, the School's magazine, the Bloomberg School is used on first mention.
Do not place a comma before or after Jr., Sr., and III in people’s names. William Jones Jr. is the treasurer of the church.
