| | Identify a leader for School, Family, and Community Partnerships (i.e., one FTE for 15 to 30 schools or part-time equivalent for fewer schools) who will be the Key Contact to NNPS. Schedule a training session with the NNPS facilitator for the district leader for partnerships. This may be accomplished on site, at an NNPS Conference, or Institute. Provide a venue for a One-Day Professional Development Workshop for schools’ Action Teams for Partnerships and ensure that full teams attend the workshop (i.e., 2-3 teachers, 2-3 parents, and the principal). Schedule meetings of the district leaders for partnerships with school principals on how to support schools’ Action Teams for Partnerships. Provide on-going support for district-level and school-based programs of family and community involvement linked to school improvement goals.
