Public Health Training Series
This half-day training is intended for participants who have completed training in basic program planning. In resource-challenged communities, the importance of identifying and working with key partners is critical to program success. These partners may be gate-keepers, stakeholders, sources of resources or potential implementation partners. This workshop focuses on identifying the persons needed, why they are needed, and how these valuable partnershipscan be mobilized and sustained. The focus is not on building large coalitions but rather on building strategic relationships. The class format is guided discussion and small group work.
