Fax Cover Sheet (Black and White)

  • In order to customize the fax cover sheet, click on the header/footer, customize your information, then close the header/footer.
  • The footer is pre-set at font size 9.0. The font size can be decreased further to 8.0, however any smaller is not recommended.
  • The template has been set up so that the header and footer only appear on the first page, the second page is blank.
  • Text boxes should not be moved, only edited or deleted.
  • The School logo and tagline should not be edited or moved.

Letterhead (Black and White)

  • The black and white letterhead can be used for printing on black and white printers. If you have a color printer, please change your default printer settings to print this document in black and white.
