Applicant fluently speaks, reads, and understands English and is able actively participate in an English-only academic program Applicant will participate in the Global Tobacco Control online training course in advance of the Global Tobacco Control Leadership Program, and will bring printed certificates of completion as evidence of completion to the leadership program Applicant is able to attend the Johns Hopkins Global Tobacco Control Leadership Program (July 28, 2008 to August 8, 2008) Applicant can certify that he/she has never been the recipient of financial support from any tobacco product manufacturer or the parent, subsidiary or affiliate of a tobacco product manufacturer
