Applicant has taken the TOEFL and received a minimum score of 250 on the computer-based test or 600 on the paper-based test or 100 on the Internet-based test Applicant commits to completing the Introduction to Online Learning Course (IOL) prior to taking the Global Tobacco Control Course online. IOL information available at: http://distance.jhsph.edu/iol/ Applicant commits to completing the Global Tobacco Course online during the 4th term of the Bloomberg School of Public Health's academic year, which runs from March 19, 2008 to May 11, 2008 Applicant is able to attend the three-week Graduate Summer Institute of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in Baltimore, Md., which runs from June 16, 2008 to July 4, 2008 Applicant can certify that he/she has never been the recipient of financial support from any tobacco product manufacturer or the parent, subsidiary or affiliate of a tobacco product manufacturer
