Dissertation Research Award

The Gates Institute provides dissertation research grants to a limited number of doctoral students from developing countries who are in good academic standing in any Johns Hopkins University Department, and pursuing, or will be pursuing, dissertation research on topics that are directly related to population, family planning and reproductive health. The maximum amount of the award is twenty thousand dollars ($20,000)
