Ultrahigh-throughput virus-host cell picoreactor system for predictive modeling of viral evolution.

Summary

The goal of this project is to develop technologies and approaches to predict natural viral evolution using a tightly coupled in vitro/in silico platform, calibrated to, and validated in, an in vivo system. Initial analysis will involve the mouse norovirus.
