My research focuses on the influence of social networks among populations at risk for HIV/STIs including heterosexual women, drug users, and MSM. Specifically, I am interested in the role of perceived and social norms on the practice of behaviors. In addition, my work focuses on development, testing, and dissemination of HIV prevention interventions into the community. I am currently the PI of a study that is examining implementation of an evidence-based intervention for drug users in community settings across the US.
