Overview
My research interests primarily lie in global epidemiology of cancer, diabetes and obesity.  Understanding the link between obesity, diabetes mellitus and cancer in low- and middle-income countries and their public health impact in these parts of the world is a major goal of my work. I am also specifically interested in the development and application of epidemiologic methods for more accurate phenotype assessment in chronic disease epidemiology.
