Overview
Dr. Bennett's research focuses on obesity prevention and control. She is interested in behavioral interventions to promote healthy weight gain in pregnancy and postpartum weight loss. She also has expertise in technological interventions (web- and app-based platforms) for nutritional assessment and intervention delivery. She is a general internist and sees patients at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Dr. Bennett is an Associate Professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, with joint appointments at The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, Departments of Population, Family and Reproductive Health and Epidemiology.
