Milo Puhan went to medical school of the University of Zurich and obtained a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Amsterdam. After serving as Associate Professor (tenure track) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Baltimore, USA) he was appointed as Professor and Chair of Epidemiology at the University of Zurich in 2013.
