2nd Announcement Registration Form Worker Training in a New Era: Responding to New Threats October 26 - 27, 2002 Baltimore, Maryland Preparing Workers for Future Terrorist Events This conference draws upon lessons learned from recent terrorist attacks to help attendees better understand and anticipate the safety and health-training needs of workers who would be required to respond to terrorist incidents in the future.
Sessions will reflect real-world experiences of individuals involved in disaster-response efforts during and after September 11- and share methodologies on training-needs assessments for the future. Sessions will focus on providing current assessments of training needs by experts in risk communication, training, terrorism, and emergency-response planning.
