Anyone interested in courses at the School may register for those courses without applying to a degree program. A non-matriculated person may register for up to 16 units of course work. The instructor's signature must be obtained for each class prior to registration.
Special student regular status is described in the School's catalog as follows: "Special students may be registered for full-time or part-time course work for which they will receive academic credit although they are not enrolled in a degree program.... Such students need to submit complete applications to the Admissions Office and gain acceptance in advance from the chair of the department to which they are applying." A $75 application fee is required. |
