Sample Opportunities
Sommer Scholars Program
The Department nominates one continuing doctoral student annually for selection as a Hopkins Sommer Scholar by a school committee. The scholarships provides 100% tuition, stipend, and health insurance.

MHS Programs
In the second year, after successful completion of 64 units and during the practicum, all full-time master's students receive a 75% tuition scholarship.

The Global Health Field Research Award
This research award is open to all JHU undergraduate and graduate students, and supports short-term research experiences to address global health issues. Application deadline is March 1. Please visit the Center for Global Health website for more details.

Additional Services
Federal Work-Study: Students can work part-time for faculty members doing research and be paid at an hourly rate, for no more than 20 hours per week. Awarded as part of the federal aid package. Contact the Department of International Health for more information.
