Part-time Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) Program for Asian Healthcare Professionals

The Department of Health Policy and Management is now accepting applications for the 2nd DrPH cohort program for healthcare working professionals in the Asia Pacific Rim region.  The DrPH cohort program is designed for working professionals to complete coursework on a part-time basis through a combination of face-to-face courses in Baltimore and Asia and offerings on the internet.  The program is designed to prepare individuals for leadership positions in health care organizations throughout the Asia Pacific Rim region.  The focus of the program is in leadership and management, with particular focus on the evaluation skills necessary to measure, monitor and improve organizational and system performance. 

The cohort program has an anticipated start date of Sping 2011.  The coursework phase of the program is approximately 3-4 years in duration; the exam and dissertation writing phase of the program is another 2-3 years.
