A certificate of participation will be issued to all who attend the Johns Hopkins Fall Institute. Participants can choose to register for Johns Hopkins graduate credit, or they may register in the non-credit (audit) status.
Courses taken for Johns Hopkins academic credit will require the student to complete all classroom assignments and exercises, as well as the final paper or assignment assigned by the instructor. Students participating in this status will have their grade recorded on an official School transcript.
Participants who choose to register for no credit (audit) are also expected to complete all classroom assignments and exercises, but are not required to take final examinations. Grades are not issued for non-credit participants. Students must select a course status at the time of registration and may not retroactively opt for academic status after the conclusion of the course.
