The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and Parc de Salut Mar (Mar Health Park) with the collaboration of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, are pleased to announce the fourth annual Johns Hopkins Fall Institute in Health Policy and Medical Care. The Institute provides a unique opportunity for short-term, intensive educational courses in a variety of medical care delivery disciplines. The Institute is jointly sponsored by the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, and Mar Health Park, one of the major medical care, teaching and biomedical research institutions in Catalonia, Spain. With the collaboration of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, two of the leading universities in Spain, the Institute serves as a convenient venue for health professionals to enhance their education with a focus in key medical care issues. Participants, while learning about policies and approaches that work, will explore current innovations as well. The Institute offers both graduate-level academic courses that are equivalent to regular Bloomberg School courses given during the traditional academic year. All of the offerings may also be taken not-for-academic credit, to enhance one's continuing education in the areas of public health and medical care.
