The Department of Health, Behavior & Society Summer Institute will hold its second Summer Institute June 2 - 20, 2008. It provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the behavioral and societal impacts on public health, and specific strategies that address the challenges they present. The curriculum offers an overview of behavioral science issues in health, including the role of social and psychological factors and the use of behavioral interventions in disease prevention and treatment. Participants may also select courses in health communication, Latino health, populomics, and community-based participatory research. Register online for the HBS Summer Institute.
