Applications for the MHS and ScM programs are due by March 1, 2009. - Qualified applicants to the Department of Epidemiology must hold, at minimum, a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution where they have earned at least a B average
- submit Graduate Record Examination scores in the 60th percentile range and higher
- include three letters of recommendations from faculty or professionals who can evaluate the applicant's promise as an independent researcher and graduate student
- and write a clear and concise statement of professional goals including potential research interests for the intended degree program.
- Doctoral degree applicants must have at least one year of full-time work experience in a related field prior to applying to the program.

The Epidemiology Student Organization comprises all master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral students in the Department of Epidemiology. Our mission as a faculty- and administration-independent organization is to promote the professional development of students in the Department and to act as an advocate for student needs.
