Policies Our primary goal is to provide researchers with quality oligonucleotides in as short a time as possible. Also, our commitment does not end when the oligonucleotide leaves our laboratory. If there are any problems in an experiment where the oligonucleotide may be suspect, we will resynthesize the oligonucleotide at no charge. Likewise, if the yield of an oligonucleotide is considerably lower than usual and more is needed, it is remade at no additional charge.
