Online Registration Procedures
All Summer Institute courses are available for non-credit/professional development or academic credit. More info here.
Steps to Register for Institute Courses -
1. COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION
(returning Summer Institute students, and current JHSPH degree candidates taking classes for academic credit can skip this step) - you will be able to select academic credit or non-credit registration. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log into ISIS.
2. REGISTER FOR COURSES IN ISIS
After logging into ISIS, select your appropriate Public Health student record (SSL- Academic Credit; NC for Non-Credit/Professional Development) from the drill down menu located near the top, next to your name. Under the Registration tab, select Search for Classes. Enter the correct Academic Period: 2016-17 Summer Institute and select Class Department – either Epidemiology or Biostatistics then click on “Search”. Select your courses, and then click on “Register”.

Once you have registered for courses, you will receive an email confirmation of your courses from the Graduate Summer Institute of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Epi/Biostat Institute offers campus housing at the JHU Homewood Campus. If you require housing, please email us at email@example.com.
All applications must be accompanied by payment in full. Space permitting, applications are accepted until the start of class. Students are strongly encouraged to register by June 10, 2016 to ensure receiving course confirmation and to avoid cancellations. Payment may be made by credit card, check, training nomination, purchase order, tuition remission forms or other payment documents. The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Full-time university faculty, staff, and eligible dependents may enroll in courses under the terms of the Hopkins Tuition Remission Program. Click here for information on tuition remission and the tuition remission form.
