Dr. Anthony Leung named finalist for the American Society of Cell Biology–Gibco Emerging Leader Prize.     

Dr. Michael Matunis was elected as a Fellow of the American Society for the Advancement of Science.

Dr. Scott Bailey, together with Dr. Jie Xiao from the School of Medicine, received a 2016 Johns Hopkins Discovery Award. 

Drs. Michael Matunis and Jiou Wang, together with Dr. Susan Michaelis from the School of Medicine, received a 2016 Johns Hopkins Discovery Award.

Dr. Jiou Wang was awarded the 2016 Johns Hopkins Catalyst Award.

Dr. Anthony Leung received a Research Scholar Award from the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Janice Evans received 2016 Faculty Excellence in Service-Learning Award.

Dr. Jennifer Kavran was awarded Ho-Ching Yang Memorial Faculty Fellowship in Cancer Prevention.

Dr. Scott Bailey received Johns Hopkins President's Frontier Award.

2015        

Dr. Scott Bailey was awarded the 2015 Shikani/El-Hibri Prize for Discovery and Innovation.

Drs. Scott Bailey and Anthony Leung were awarded the Inaugural Johns Hopkins Catalyst Award.

Dr. Phil Jordan was a co-awardee with Dr. Alan Meeker on the Inaugural Johns Hopkins Discovery Award. 

2014        

Dr. Scott Bailey was honored as a finalist for the Inaugural Johns Hopkins President's Frontier Award.

Dr. Daniela Drummond-Barbosa was elected as a Fellow of the American Society for the Advancement of Science.

Drs. Pierre Coulombe and Valeria Culotta were elected to the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society.

Dr. Valeria Culotta received David Danks Award for Copper in metabolism and disease.

Dr. Philip Jordan received Ho-Ching Yang Memorial Award for Cancer Prevention.

Dr. Jiou Wang was awarded the 2014 Shikani/El-Hibri Prize for Discovery and Innovation.

2013

Dr. Anthony Leung was a finalist of the Agilent Early Career Professor Award. 

Dr. Randy Bryant received the Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health for the Biochemistry I and II courses.

Dr. Janice Evans was elected to the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.

Dr. Anthony Leung received a Faculty Innovation Award from the Bloomberg School.

2012

Dr. Terry Brown received the Distinguished Service Award from the American Society for Andrology.

Dr. Fengyi Wan received a Research Scholar Award from the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Jiou Wang received an Idea Award from the U.S. Department of Defense amyotrophic lateral sclerosis program.

2011

Drs. Val Culotta and Barry Zirkin were elected as Fellows of the American Society for the Advancement of Science.

Dr. Anthony Leung received an Idea Award from the U.S. Department of Defense breast cancer research program.

Dr. Fengyi Wan received a Ho-Ching Yang Memorial Award for Cancer Prevention.

Dr. Barry Zirkin received the Distinguished Andrologist Award from the American Society for Andrology.

Dr. Randy Bryant received the Golden Apple Teaching Award from students enrolled in the Johns Hopkins undergraduate Public Health Studies program.

2010

Dr. Scott Bailey received a Ho-Ching Yang Memorial Award for Cancer Prevention.

Dr. Jiou Wang received a Faculty Innovation Award from the Bloomberg School.

2009

Dr. Jurgen Bosch received a Faculty Innovation Award from the Bloomberg School.

Dr. Janice Evans was a Plenary speaker at the conference on Mechanotransduction in Reproductive Tract.

Dr. Pierre Coulombe gave the Inaugural Mary Schwartz Lecture in Skin Biology, University of Dundee, UK.

Dr. Pierre Coulombe gave the Irwin M. Freedberg Memorial Lecture, Gordon Research Conference on Epithelial Differentiation.

Dr. Anthony Leung was a Keynote speaker at Genomics Research 2013.

2011

Dr. Janice Evans organized and chaired the Gordon Research Conference on Fertilization and Activation of Development.
