Overview

My research interests cover several areas of health services research, including quality of care, patient experience, patient safety, and cancer outcomes and comparative effectiveness. The expertise I have developed so far lies in the application of advanced methods such as multilevel modeling and structural equation modeling, rigorous development of measurement tools, and analyses of large national claims and survey datasets. Particularly, I am interested in the development, validation, and implementation of patient-centered quality measures.
