Description:

Presents issues in clinical research, exemplified by readings from classical papers and contemporary literature.

Student Evaluation: Student evaluation is based on a presentation.
Learning Objective:

• Evaluate clinical studies conducted by other investigators. • Apply different approaches used to answer the same clinical research questions, and the implications for study design, conduct, and outcome. • Demonstrate the principles discussed in your own approach to clinical research.
