Presents key concepts and theories in health services research to HPM doctoral students.
Course objectives: Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to: • describe the contributions to health services research of classic articles in the field • identify and critique methodological strengths and weaknesses in a published article • give a brief, well-organized presentation on the methodological strengths and weaknesses of a published article
