Description:

Presentations of recent and/or historical papers in human nutrition. Emphasizes presentation skills and ability to critically evaluate scientific papers.

Student Evaluation: Student evaluation based on attendance and an oral presentation.
Learning Objective:

1) Students will be exposed to the breadth of interests represented by the Nutrition faculty at the School through active listening and discussion of each faculty member's research agendum; 2) students will learn the features of an engaging presentation of a nutrition topic, and learn how to research and develop their own presentation; 3) students will prepare a seminar of their own on a nutritional topic of intrest, and present their findings via a slide show in class.
