The Office of Communications and Public Affairs designs, oversees and maintains the School’s website which is intended for visitors outside the School, whereas the Information Services (IS) Department develops sites for current students, faculty and staff within the School via the intranet, my.jhsph.edu. Our staff includes seasoned editors and writers, designers and programmers. - We monitor any changes to the School's website to make sure the School's visual identity (branding) is maintained.
- We create new sites and manage the School's existing website by means of a user-friendly content management system called Site Executive®, which allows its users to create a site without any Web-programming (HTML) experience.
- We provide training in Site Executive®.
To create a website for your area of the School, or to revise an existing site, please submit a web project request. We will consider your request and schedule the project or help you find an approved vendor.
