Step 4: Design and Production

After we have received final copy for your publication, design and production will begin. This is the process:

  • Our design team will create a design.
  • For more complex jobs, we will show you design options, including paper options and color chips.
  • Once the design is complete, we will bring you a print-out. In some cases, e.g., when a client is far away, the designer will email a PDF file to client. PDFs are accessible through Adobe Acrobat Reader. Note that PDFs are ot the exact color and size as final product.
  • You will review the printout or PDF thoroughly give any changes to us.
  • At this point you will sign off on the job. Your signature is our authorization to send the job the printer. It will be our responsibility to make sure that corrections are made before the job goes to the printer.
