Eating for the Future

Food for Life in Elementary Schools

CLF has provided supplementary resources (through a grant from United Parcel Services Foundation) for the Food for Life (FFL) food and nutrition education program at Hampstead Hills Academy and the Stadium School in Baltimore City. Students learn about nutrition, health-promoting foods from around the world and their cultures, food safety and culinary skills, and how food is grown.

The program is designed and implemented by the Food Studies Institute.
