The Center has a training grant from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health. Applicants for traineeships must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and must be in a doctoral degree program at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Trainees and other interested students are encouraged to undertake a research project in clinical trials for presentation at scientific meetings, such as those held by the Society for Clinical Trials.
