The primary purpose of this group is to provide a forum for students to discuss issues related to modeling of disease, with particular attention to models that address spatial and temporal variation in disease.
Discussion will be aimed at addressing modeling problems and approaches relevant to students' research.
Activities of the group will include, but will not be limited to, the following: discussions of journal articles, faculty-mediated discussions of modeling tools and approaches, guest speakers, and short clinics on selected issues led by either students or faculty. |
