The Bloomberg School of Public Health has several options for alumni to continue to learn about public health.
OpenCourseWare provides access to content of the School's most popular courses. As challenges to the world's health escalate daily, the School has a moral imperative to provide equal and open access to information and knowledge about obstacles to the public's health and their potential solutions.
Tutition Discounts are also available to alumni for web-based courses on a non-credit basis. On-cycle, non-credit enrollments give alumni the opportunity to listen to online lectures, participate in group discussions, and interact with faculty and students for a 50 percent tuition discount. To enhance the online experience, participants are be expected to interact fully, and to complete all related course work. See the list of online courses and the terms in which they are offered.
Approval and access is contingent upon your successful completion of the Introduction to Online Learning, and space availability in the course.
Alumni may also choose to participate in online courses "off-cycle." Off-cycle enrollment allows students to listen to online lectures, navigate the course website, and access course-related materials without faculty or student interaction. For $100, alumni may access select courses during a defined period for a maximum of eight weeks.
After a registration has been processed, there is no provision for refund or to withdraw from the course.
Access is contingent upon your successful completion of the Introduction to Online Learning.
