Prevention

The Center on Aging and Health is dedicated to research that will prevent disease and disability and improve the health and well-being of older adults.  It seeks to foster interdisciplinary research and to train the next generations of research leaders essential to important discoveries for prevention and health promotion for an aging population, and to translate these results so that they improve the health status of older adults.   COAH West is currently home to 12 faculty members: two Professors, one Associate Professor, eight Assistant Professors, and one Instructor.
